At the time of writing of this post, Aug 1 2014,

1. Dial *121*30#
2. Read list of SMS recharge options shown on the screen and type the number corresponding to the recharge and click Send button on Android.
3. Example: if you want to recharge 250 SMS for 30 days and if the menu item number is 4, then type 4 and click send button
4. Type 0 and click Send button

That's it, your SMS recharge pack will be activated immediately.
